基于“微拓”平台的研究生育人探索与实践

摘要: 研究生教育要适应党和国家事业发展需要,培养造就大批德才兼备的高层次人才。本文以西北工业大学开展的“微拓”育人项目为例,全面探索基于学生自主教育和朋辈互助教育的思想政治教育模式,以起到发挥学生主体作用,激发在校研究生科研热情,营造学校浓郁学术氛围的重要作用,进而提出经验推广的价值、应用前景和改进措施。
Abstract: Graduate education should be adapted to the development needs of the Party and the state, and cultivate a large number of high-level talents with both moral and talent. In this paper, we take the “WE TALK” education program of Northwestern Polytechnical University as an example to explore the ideological and political education model based on students’ independent education and peer-to-peer education, which plays an important role in giving full play to the main role of students, stimulating the enthusiasm of graduate students in scientific research and creating a strong academic atmosphere in the university, and then propose the value, application the project also proposes the value, prospect and improvement measures of the experience.
