电信运营商员工工作幸福感影响因素研究
Study on Influence Factors of Employee’s Job-Related Well-Being of Telecom Operators
摘要:
本研究以电信运营商的员工为研究对象,采用访谈法、调查问卷法以及统计学等方法研究影响电信运营商员工工作幸福感的因素,并对不同人口学特征的电信运营商员工工作幸福感进行分析,使得提高电信运营商员工工作幸福感的工作更加科学化、高效化。
Abstract:
This study chooses the staffs of telecom operators as the object, uses the interview, questionnaire and statistics methods, researches the influence factors of job-related well-being, and analyzes the result based on demographic. This study could help the job-related well-being’ improvement of the telecom operators’ staffs become more scientific and efficient.
