    摘要: 传统意义上企业国际化经营中的心理距离主要由地理环境和文化差异造成,本文在心理距离定义中增加了跨国公司总部与海外子公司之间情感距离的考量,并且将其应用到跨国公司管理人员本土化的决策中,认为本土管理人员相对外派管理人员有助于克服心理距离的障碍,同时跨文化培训和感情投资可以减少本土管理人员与总部的心理距离,提高跨国公司的经营和管理绩效。 Traditionally, it is the difference in the geographical environment and cultural generate the psy-chological distance in the international operation of a company. This paper adds the consideration of the emotional distance between the headquarters of a multinational corporation (MNC) and its foreign subsidiaries to the definition of the psychological distance and applies it in the decision- making related to the localization of MNCs’ mangers. It is put forward that compared to the expa-triate managers, it would be easier for the local managers to overcome the obstacles of psycholog-ical distance. Additionally, the cross-cultural training and emotional investment can help to reduce the psychological distance between local managers and headquarters’ and promote the operation and the performance management of the MNCs.
