细胞的过度凋亡可能是导致AD患者发生神经退行性病变的原因，Aβ作为老年斑的主要成分，是引发AD的关键因素。目前，Aβ诱导细胞凋亡已成为AD机制研究的热点，本文主要对Aβ诱导细胞凋亡的通路进行了综述。
