本文结合本公司生产实际,介绍了以葡萄糖酸钠发酵液和氧化锌为主要原料制取葡萄糖酸锌的制备工艺,并对影响葡萄糖酸锌结晶的浓度、温度、乙醇用量以及时间进行了优化。所得产品符合GB8820-2010的要求,产品收率高达96.5%。
Based on our factory actual situation, this paper introduces a new synthesis process of zinc gluconate, in which, fermentation liquor of the sodium gluconate and zinc oxide are the raw materials, and optimizes the impact factors of crystallization: concentration, temperature, alcohol addition and time. The product that we get by this process meets the requests of the GB8820-2010, and the product yield reaches up to 96.5%.
