谱峭度是近年来发展起来的一种高阶统计量,它能有效的从含有强噪声信号中发现暂态成分及其在频域中的位置。本文对基于谱峭度的滚动轴承故障诊断方法进行研究,利用轴承外圈故障数据进行实验分析,结果表明该方法能够准确的识别出滚动轴承外圈故障特征,有效的诊断出轴承外圈故障。
Spectral Kurtosis is a high-order statistic proposed recently, which can find the impulsive compo-nent and its position in the frequency domain from the strong noisy signal. The rolling bearing fault diagnosis method based on spectral kurtosis is studied. The bearing outer fault data is used to conduct the experiment. The results show that the method can effectively recognize the outer fault feature of bearing and achieve the diagnosis of outer fault.
