大学生干部作为高校学生和教师之间的纽带,其心理健康水平对于高校的学生管理工作而言至关重要。本文基于积极心理学的相关理论,提出提高大学生干部耐挫折能力的方法和策略,为高校教育提供参考。
As a link between the school teachers and students, the mental health level of college student ca-dres is very important for the management of college students. Based on the theory of positive psychology, this paper presents the methods and strategies to improve the college student cadre’s frustration tolerance and provides reference for college education.
