新型无级齿轮自动变速箱,主要结构由行星齿轮排组成。实现无级齿轮自动变速的原理是行星齿轮排中各种齿轮转动元件不发生空转。其中配置车辆的新型无级齿轮自动变速箱,仅由两个行星齿轮排同轴串联组成。一个行星齿轮排的太阳轮作为动力输入元件,行星齿轮架和内齿圈分别与相邻行星齿轮排的太阳轮和行星齿轮架同步连接,内齿圈作为动力输出元件,在满足各种齿轮转动元件不发生空转的条件下,就可构成无级齿轮自动变速箱。
