在我国大型重载设备拖动领域,大型同步电动机应用越来越普遍,由于直接起动电流大,会造成电网电压下降,可能引起其他用电设备的正常稳定运行,所以,大型同步电动机通常采用变频软起动装置。本文结合陕西龙门钢铁有限公司5#高炉27MW同步电机变频起动装置的调试过程,分析提出了一种变频软起动装置的调试方法及步骤。In the high-power heavy equipment field, large synchronous motor is increasingly applied. Due to the bigger directly starting current, there will be a sudden sharp decline in the grid, which may disturb the operation of other electrical equipment in the grid. So the variable frequency soft starter is usually applied to start the large synchronous motor. Base on the commissioning process of variable frequency soft starter of Longmen 5# blast furnace with 27MW synchronous motor, this paper presents a commissioning method and process of variable frequency soft starter for the large synchronous motor.
