限制性饮食者通常通过限制进食来控制体重，然而实际情况中他们却经常陷入过度进食之中，这使他们的节食目标得不到实现。在所有引起去抑制进食的因素之中，预加载是研究的最多且最为经典的一种。因此当前研究针对这种现象进行了文献梳理，从其测量工具、影响因素、心理机制和研究展望等几个方面来进行分析和系统阐述。Restrained eaters usually control their weight by restraint food-intake, but in fact they often indulge in overeating; this made their weight control model cannot be reached. In all factors that can induce disinhibition eating, preload is mostly researched and most classical. Therefore, this research sought to make a review about this phenomenon. We make the analysis and systematic exposition from the questionnaires, the influence factors, the mental mechanism, and prospects of future study.
