采用Barratt冲动性量表(BIS-II)中文修订版以及症状自评量表即SCL-90对248名大学生进行问卷调查。结果：心理健康的各个因子与冲动性有一定的相关，冲动的三个维度均与心理健康有相关。结论：心理健康程度与冲动性有较高的相关，表明我们可以通过提高大学生心理健康水平，以改善大学生的冲动性行为。
Methods: In this study, questionnaires including BIS-II and SCL-90 were given to 248 undergra-duate students to conduct an overall survey. The results suggest that the three dimensions of im-pulsiveness are all related with psychological health. This result suggests that we can improve the psychological health standard of the undergraduate students so that the impulsiveness would be controlled.
