摘要: 目的：通过比较中央角膜厚度不同的原发性慢性闭角型青光眼患者在眼压降低后视野是否发生改变探讨中央角膜厚度和慢性闭角型青光眼进展程度之间的关系。方法：将44(86眼)例患者以中央角膜厚度 ≥ 540 μm和μm分为2组，全部患者均行Humphrey静态自动视野(30-2 SITA)检查，随访二年以上，比较眼压降低前后视野平均缺损(MD)改变是否与角膜厚度相关。结果：一组(μm，n = 40眼)MD进展值为−0.595 ± 4.578；二组(≥540 μm, n = 46眼)MD进展值为−0.632 ± 3.37。MD进展值比较差异无统计学意义(P = 0.9571)。结论：慢性闭角型青光眼患者，眼压降低控制后，不同的角膜厚度，视野无进一步明显进展。Objective: To determine the association of central corneal thickness (CCT) and visual field progression in patients with chronic primary angle-closure glaucoma (CPACG) after intraocular pressure (IOP) reduction. Methods: A total of 86 eyes with CPACG and sustained IOP Results: There was no significant difference for initial MD (P = 0.0465) and no significant difference was founded between two groups for follow-up (P = 0.9571). Conclusions: Visual field is not improved after IOP reduction in CPACG with different CCT.
