本文简要分析智能电网的定义、特点、功能实现，以及智能电网和现有电网之间的区别，详细介绍了变电站的发展过程，总结不同发展过程中变电站的主要特征，特别是变电站监控系统的发展历程。重点研究面向智能变电站的监控系统构建模型及主要技术。
This paper gives a brief analysis of the definition, features and functions of smart grid, and then presents the differences between smart grid and the existing power grid. The development of a substation is introduced in detail and the main features of the substation in different processes are summarized. In addition, the development of monitoring system for intelligent substation is emphasized. Research and analysis are focused on concept and structural model of monitoring system as well as the main technologies applied in the construction of monitoring system for intelligent substation.
