    摘要: 豆科植物根瘤菌的固氮能力对于缓解当今世界的能源压力有着勿需言喻的重要性。对于豆科植物根瘤菌的研究主要集中在其固氮能力上,从传统的自然选育到类似真核生物的杂交遴选、诱变育种再到现在广泛应用的基因水平育种,都取得了不少成果。本文不仅指出了目前研究仍旧存在的一些局限性,亦对将来的工作前景做出了一些展望。 To remit the pressure of international energy, the nif fixation of the legume plants rhizobia has played a very significant role. The research of legume plants rhizobia concentrates on the nif fixation, which has received a lot of achievements by nature breeding, cross breeding, mutation breeding and gene standard breeding. The paper not only points out the restrictions of nowadays research, but also makes some prospects for future work.
