    摘要: 在我国经济新常态下,需要通过企业的并购重组来实现产业整合和结构升级。文化融合是企业并购整合的重要内容,它决定着企业并购重组的绩效。本文通过实证研究发现:影响并购重组企业文化融合的关键因素有:双方企业文化的差异性、并购重组前期的文化尽职调查、公关行为、整合碰撞期和磨合期的文化融合促进措施等,其中,员工对文化的认同和领导行为对文化融合效果影响最大。据此,提出了并购重组企业文化融合的原则,以期能为我国并购重组企业的文化管理提供参考和借鉴。 We need industrial restructuring and upgrading by corporate Merger & Acquisition under China’s New Normal of economy. Cultural fusion is an important part of the merger integration, and is one of the key factors affecting the performance of M&A. We find some following key factors that influence the performance of firm culture integration by empirical research: the differences between two corporate cultures; due diligence before M&A; PR behavior; promotion measures of culture integration at the stage of collision during integration. Finally, we suggest some principles of culture integration for cultural management practitioners.
