Abstract: The legal document, especially the complaint, is an important document in the judicial procedure, which plays a vital role in protecting the legitimate rights and interests of the parties and safe-guarding the justice of the law. The language of the complaint, especially its accuracy, is directly re-lated to the legal effect of the legal instrument and its execution. Therefore, improving the accuracy of the complaint language is an important task in legal writing. This paper analyzes the importance of the accuracy of the complaint language, and points out its influence on the judicial process. Through specific cases and examples, it discusses the factors that affect the accuracy of the com-plaint language, including the complexity of the language itself, the ambiguity of legal provisions and the writer’s ability to understand the context. On this basis, this paper puts forward some strategies and methods to improve the accuracy of the complaint language, including strengthening the basic language training, improving the ability to understand and use legal provisions, and strengthening the ability to analyze the context. Through the above strategies and methods, the accuracy of the complaint language can be improved, the legal effectiveness of legal documents can be improved, the legitimate rights and interests of the parties can be better protected and the jus-tice of the law can be safeguarded, which will also help promote the development of legal writing and improve the professional quality and skill level of legal practitioners.
