摘要: 纤维蛋白原白蛋白比值(Fibrinogen to albumin ratio, FAR)是一种新型炎症指标,与心血管、肿瘤、多种炎症相关疾病的严重程度及预后相关。本文拟对纤维蛋白原白蛋白比值的临床应用进展做一回顾整理,以期更好地指引临床应用方向。本文选取PubMed、Web of Science和中国知网、万方、SSCI等数据库,以“Fibrinogen to albumin ratio”“Fibrinogen”“Albumin”“Inflammation”“Humans”等英文关键词,“纤维蛋白原白蛋白比值”“纤维蛋白原”“白蛋白”“炎症”“临床研究”等中文关键词进行检索。
Abstract: Fibrinogen to albumin ratio (FAR) is a new inflammatory marker related to the severity and prog-nosis of cardiovascular diseases, tumor and various inflammatory-related diseases. This paper in-tends to review and sort out the clinical application results of FAR in order to find the direction of clinical application. A systematic literature search was undertaken using PubMed, Web of Science and CNKI, Wanfang and SSCI till November 2023. We utilised a combination of keywords, including “Fibrinogen-to-albumin ratio”, “Inflammation”, “Fibrinogen”, “Albumin”, “Humans”, and “Clinical re-search”.
