产学研合作下地方农林本科院校应用型人才培养模式的研究与实践

摘要: 本文探讨产学研合作下地方农林本科院校应用型人才培养模式。以学校为纽带，搭建学校、企业和科研单位“产–学”“研–学”“研–研”“研–产”多维度合作平台。构建“文化素质 + 职业道德 + 六能力”递进式多学科交叉课程体系，“五环节五融合”实践教学体系，“三创融合”的创新创业教育体系，加强师资队伍建设和教学能力的提升，达到教学、创新、实践的融合，助力地方经济的发展。从而为应用型高素质人才培养提供参考思路。

Abstract: This paper discusses the training mode of applied talents in local agricultural and forestry universities under the cooperation of production, teaching and research. With the school as a link, it builds a multi-dimensional cooperation platform for schools, enterprises and scientific research institutions to production-learning, research-learning, research-research and research-production. Then it constructs the progressive interdisciplinary curriculum system of cultural quality + professional ethics + six abilities, and the practical teaching system of five links and five integrations, and the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education System of Three Creations Integration. Then it strengthens the construction of teaching staff and the improvement of teaching ability, so as to achieve the integration of teaching, innovation and practice, and help the development of local economy. Finally it focuses on providing reference ideas for the cultivation of applied high-quality talents.
