A Study on the Mechanism of Reading Therapy of the Book Inferiority and Transcendence

摘要: 文章在引入阅读疗法心理学理论和阅读疗愈书籍的基础上，详细论述了《自卑与超越》一书作为书方的使用说明书(包括适应症、成分、作用、用法用量)，以及基于药理学原理从君药、臣药、佐药和使药四个方面深入研究了该书的作用机理。

Abstract: Based on the introduction of reading therapy psychology theories and reading therapy books, this paper expounds in detail the usage instruction of the book Inferiority and Transcendence as a book prescription (including indication, composition, function, usage and amount), as well as its mechanism from four aspects of principal drug, minister drug, assistant drug and envoy drug based on pharmacological principles.
