摘要: 目的:了解本科护生的急性应激反应及与抑郁、焦虑的相关性,为采取应对措施提供依据。方法:对昆明医科大学护理学院本科护生,采用一般资料问卷、斯坦福急性应激反应问卷(SASRQ)、DASS-21量表进行调查。结果:153名本科护生的SASRQ的得分(20.57 ± 19.71)分,抑郁评分为(8.69 ± 6.35)分,焦虑评分为(6.17 ± 5.10)分。性别、年龄以及焦虑和抑郁进入回归方程,本科护生焦虑、抑郁阳性症状者在SASRQ总分及各个维度评分均大于焦虑、抑郁阴性症状者,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论:焦虑和抑郁是本科护生发生急性应激障碍的主要影响因素,应该引起重视。
Abstract: Objective: To understand the status of acute stress disorder and its correlation with depression and anxiety of undergraduate nursing students, and to provide basis for taking countermeasures. Method: General data, Stanford acute stress response questionnaire and DASS-21 scale were used to investigate undergraduate nursing students in Kunming Medical University. Results: The scores of SASRQ, depression and anxiety were (20.57 ± 19.71), (8.69 ± 6.35) and (6.17 ± 5.10) respectively. Gender, age, anxiety and depression entered the regression equation. The total score of SASRQ and the scores of each dimension of positive symptoms of anxiety and depression of undergraduate nursing students were higher than those of negative symptoms of anxiety and depression, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion: Anxiety and depression are the main influencing factors of acute stress disorder in undergraduate nursing students, which should be paid attention to.
