Research and Application of Server Virtualization Technology

摘要: 随着石油工程企业信息化的发展，各类专业及管理的应用系统日益增多，导致了数据机房压力过大、服务器利用率不高、故障恢复时间较长等问题。采用虚拟化技术搭建服务器集群平台，能有效提高石油工程企业信息系统的部署能力和管理水平、提高资源利用率、降低运营成本，一定程度上解决了上述问题。以VMware vSphere为例探讨石油工程企业信息化系统的VMware虚拟化技术解决方案。

Abstract: With the development of enterprise informatization in petroleum engineering, the applications and management systems for various specialties increased day by day, which created some problem, such as the overpressure of computer room, low utilization of server, long time for recovery. The server cluster built by virtualization technology can solve the above problems at a certain extent. This paper uses VMware vSphere as an example to explore the virtualization technology solution of informatization in petroleum engineering enterprise.
