对建筑安全的思考—以建筑工人的夏日为例

Ponderation on Construction Safety—A Case Study on the Summer Days of Construction Workers

摘要: 建筑业是我国国民经济的重要物质生产部门，它与整个国家经济的发展、人民生活的改善有着密切的关系。随着中国经济的持续快速发展，中国的建筑业在一个较长时期内仍会保持强劲的发展势头。建设质量与安全是整个建设活动的核心，是关系到人民生命、财产安全的重大问题。但目前中国建筑法不完善，建筑安全事故屡见不鲜，本文以建筑工人的夏日为例，从另一个侧面解析中国建筑安全现状，分析高温下作业的建筑工人的安全问题及存在的原因，并提出了相应的建议。

Abstract: The construction industry is an important material production sector of our national economy, correlating closely with the entire country’s economic development and the improvement of people’s lives. With the sustained and rapid economic development in China, China’s construction industry will continue to maintain the strong development momentum over a long period. The quality and safety are the keys of the entire construction activity, having an impact on people’s life and economic safety. But now, in China, the construction law is not perfect, and construction safety accidents are still common. So, through a case study on the summer days of construction workers, this paper analyzes the current status in construction safety, as well as the security issue of construction workers in high temperature and its causes; and then the corresponding suggestions are put forward.
