京津冀协同发展下河北省跨境电子商务发展现状与对策研究

Current Situation and Countermeasures of Cross-Border E-Commerce of Hebei Province under the Coordinated Development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei

摘要: 京津冀协同发展战略背景下跨境电子商务的兴起为我国国际贸易经济的发展带来了机遇，文章通过对比分析京津冀三个地区跨境电子商务发展现状，探索目前河北省的跨境电子商务发展主要存在跨境电子商务市场主体培育不足、政府缺乏引导和政策创新、跨境物流发展滞后、跨境电商人才缺乏等问题，并且针对河北省跨境电商发展提出了引进培育跨境电商市场主体、政府主导，实现京津冀协同发展、打造基于科学选址的跨境物流仓储中心、创新人才培养模式等对策建议，全力推进河北省跨境电子商务产业和经济发展。

Abstract: The rise of cross-border e-commerce under the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province brings opportunities for the development of China’s international trade and economy. By comparing and analyzing the current situation of cross-border e-commerce in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, it is explored that Hebei’s cross-border e-commerce mainly has the following problems: the lack of cultivation of cross-border e-commerce market subject, the lack of guidance and policy innovation of government, the lagging development of cross-border logistics and the lack of talents of cross-border e-commerce. And for the development of cross- border e-commerce in Hebei Province, this paper proposed the following countermeasures: introducing and cultivating the cross-border e-commerce market subject, realizing the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei under the guidance of government, creating cross- border logistics warehousing centers based on the scientific sites, innovative personnel training model and other suggestions, promoting the development of cross-border e-commerce industry and economy in Hebei Province.
