国产数控机床在航空制造业中的应用分析

摘要: 在论述国产数控机床发展现状基础上,分析了国产数控机床在加工典型飞机零件中的应用,指出了国产数控机床在航空制造业中存在的不足,并以飞机典型部件为例提出了国产数控机床在车铣复合加工技术、可靠性技术、刀具切削效率方面的改进方法。
Abstract: The applications of domestic CNC machine in typical aircraft parts machining are narrated in de- tail on the basis of the development of domestic CNC machines, and the disadvantages of the domes- tic CNC machines in the field of aviation engineering were also pointed out. What’s more, some of the cases are proposed in order to put forward the measures to improve the turning and milling compound machining technology, reliability technology and cutting efficiency of cutting tool.
