Abstract:
This article describes the intensive care experience for the single father in a car accident caused by rupture of intracranial aneurysm induced subarachnoid hemorrhage. The duration of nursing care by the researcher was between August 10 and August 20, 2007. Based on Gordon’s functional health assessment and professional nursing assistance to the relationship between the case and the mother to support the re-establishment to enable them to adjust the physical, psychological discomfort, to prevent re-rupture of intracranial aneurysms and transferred out of intensive care unit.
