精武体育会组织文化研究

摘要: 以组织文化的三层次理论为依托,从表层文化(即物质层):名称、宣传手段和标志,中层文化(即制度层):组织管理,深层文化(即精神层):精武精神,对精武体育会的组织文化进行剖析,揭示其组织文化的本质内涵。
Abstract: In this paper, based on three level of organizational culture theory and from the aspect of surface culture (material layer): name, propaganda and logo; middle-level cultural (system layer): organization management; deep culture (spirit level): The spirit of Chin woo Association, we analyzed the organizational culture of spirit of Chin woo Association, which reveals the essential connotation of its organizational culture.
