辽宁省物联网产业商业模式影响因素分析与商业模式创新

Analysis of the Influencing Factors of Business Model of Internet of Things Industry and the Innovation of Business Model in Liaoning Province

摘要: 物联网时代，也可以说是商业模式创新的时代，为了企业的可持续发展，提高企业的核心竞争力，需要不断地根据企业发展现状持续更新企业的商业模式。本文结合辽宁省物联网已有商业模式，对商业模式的关键影响因素运用主成分分析法进行分析，并提出对辽宁省物联网产业商业模式的创新对策。

Abstract: Era of Internet of things can be said to be the era of business model innovation. For the sustainable development of enterprises and improvement of the core competitiveness of enterprises, the busi-ness model should be continually updated according to the development of enterprise. This paper, based on the existing business model of Internet of things in Liaoning province, analyzes the key in-fluencing factors of business model by using principal component analysis, and puts forward inno-vation countermeasures of business model of the Internet of things industry in Liaoning province.
