摘要:
烟草危害已成为我国严重的公共卫生问题之一，控制尼古丁滥用面临严峻挑战。同时，现代社会睡眠障碍的发生率越来越高，二者均已成为社会和医学共同关注的热点。大量流行病学和临床调查发现，精神疾病患者相比普通人群，具有更高的吸烟率，精神疾病与睡眠障碍之间具有紧密联系，两者具有共同的神经生物学基础。因此，探讨二者的关联对于更好地防治尼古丁滥用和睡眠障碍具有积极意义。本文就尼古丁滥用与精神疾病相关睡眠障碍之间的关系进行简要综述。
Abstract:
The harm of tobacco use has become one of the most serious public health problems in our country and the control of nicotine abuse faces great challenges. Meanwhile, the incidence of sleep disorders has improved in modern society. A large number of epidemiological and clinical surveys have found that patients with mental disease have higher rates of smoking compared with the general population. A close link between mental illness and sleep disorders has also been found, and there are common neurobiological basis for these two conditions. Therefore, investigation of their relationship becomes a positive way to prevent and treat nicotine abuse and sleep disorders. In this review, we will elucidate the relationship between nicotine abuse and mental disease-re- lated sleep disorder.
