中小型城市交通与环境可持续发展评价

Evaluation of Sustainable Development between City Traffic and the Environment of the Small and Medium-Sized Cities

摘要: 基于中小型城市交通与环境之间的互动作用理论，构建两者之间可持续发展评价体系，根据AHP(层次分析法)建立相应权重体系，结合中国中小型城市交通与环境发展特色及趋势，界定评价标准。以陕西省汉中市为实例实践上述评价模型，不仅可以得出汉中市城市交通与环境之间的可持续发展程度，也可以得到影响其可持续发展的因素，以便为以后的发展提供理论参考。

Abstract: Based on the interactions between urban transport and the environment and sustainable development of the theory, build the evaluation system of the sustainable development between urban transport and the environment, based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to build a weight system, combined with the small and medium-sized cities in China traffic characteristics and urban environmental trends, select the applicable evaluation criteria, comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate its sustainable development. Using the evaluation method of Hanzhong City,ShaanxiProvince, for example, can be drawn not only to the urban transport and the environment for sustainable development level, and also can determine the factors that affect the sustainable development, provide a theoretical basis for improving working.
