质量管理体系在高校图书管理中的应用研究

摘要: 社会的发展推动高校图书馆在发展中不断改革完善，使得高校图书馆的管理不能局限于传统的管理模式，质量管理体系的引入不仅为企业提供了科学先进的管理方法，同时也对图书馆的管理模式提出了挑战。本文通过分析全面质量管理体系在我国高校图书馆的应用现状及其在应用过程中所存在的问题和应用优势，有针对性地提出了全面质量管理体系在高校图书馆中应用的构建原则和具体的实施方法。将质量管理体系应用于高校图书馆管理中将有效提高其管理与服务水平，为高校图书馆的高质量发展提供坚实的管理基础。

Abstract: The development of society promotes the continuous reform and improvement of university libraries in the process of development, which makes the management of university libraries can not be limited to the traditional management mode. The introduction of quality management system not only provides scientific and advanced management methods for enterprises, but also challenges the management mode of libraries. Based on the analysis of the application status of the total quality management system in Chinese university libraries and the problems and advantages in the application process, the paper points out the construction principle and specific implementation methods of the total quality management system in university libraries. Applying quality management system to the management of university libraries will effectively improve its management and service level and provide a solid management foundation for the high-quality development of university libraries.
