摘要: 随着知识经济时代的来临和信息社会的飞速发展,信息技术在设施管理领域中扮演着越来越重要的角色,成为现代设施管理中不可或缺的重要技术手段和管理工具。本文阐述了现代设施管理中信息技术的发展与现状,在分析设施管理信息的基础上研究了设施管理信息系统(Facility Management Information System,FMIS)的系统架构,并深入分析FMIS在不同视角下的结构模型以及整合的FIMS。
Abstract: With the coming of the era of the knowledge economy and the rapid development of the information society, IT in facilities management plays an increasingly important role in the field, necessary and important technology in the modern facilities management and the management tools. In this paper the development and actuality of modern information technology in facilities management domain are expounded. Furthermore, the working principle and architecture of Management Information System being studied based on facilities management information analysis .The structure models of FMIS and integrated FIMS are deeply analyzed under different perspectives.
