宝钢矿石料场物流优化研究
The Optimization Research of Ore Yard of Baosteel
摘要:
宝钢一二期矿石料场大修期间，原料场矿石输入复杂、种类繁多、数量巨大。为了保障大修期矿石料场的作业管理效率、稳定生产、降低成本，本文对宝钢矿石料场的物流平衡进行了研究，提出了优化措施，提高了料场管理效率，为企业降低成本。
Abstract:
During the overhaul period of iron ore yard in Baosteel, the iron ore has complex sources, various kinds and large quantity. In order to ensure the stable production, the operating efficiency and the cost reduction, this passage analyzed the logistics balance of ore yard. Improvement measures were used to improve the management efficiency of ore yard, and save the cost.
