装备制造企业服务化转型研究现状与展望
Development Status and Prospect onService Transformation in Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises

摘要: 服务化是当今世界制造业的发展趋势之一，鉴于此，国内外学术界掀起了服务化研究的热潮。本文根据已有研究成果，分别对服务化的概念、服务化转型的模式和路径、服务化与企业发展的内在联系等问题进行综述，指出了相关研究的优点和不足，分析了装备制造企业服务化转型的必要性，提出了促进装备制造企业服务化转型的策略，并对装备制造企业服务化转型研究领域的前景进行了展望。
Abstract: Service-oriented is one of the developmental trends of manufacturing industry in the world. Therefore, domestic and foreign academic circles have set off the upsurge of service research. Based on the existing research results, this paper summarizes the researches such as the concept of service, the model and path of service transformation, the internal connection between service and enterprise development. This paper also points out the advantages and disadvantages of the related research, analyzes service-oriented necessity in equipment manufacturing enterprise, then puts forward the strategy to promote the service transformation, and have the prospects of service transformation on service transformation in equipment manufacturing enterprises.
