基于知识管理的企业群决策系统概念、构成及基本特征分析

Analysis on the Concept, Composition and Characteristics of Enterprise Group Decision System Based on Knowledge Management

摘要: 知识管理与群决策是企业管理中很重要的两项管理活动，互相密不可分。来自各个层次的个体决策者的知识与智慧被集中在基于知识管理的企业群决策系统中，其优越性是个体决策无法比拟的，在构建企业竞争优势方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。本文站在知识有效管理的视角上，深入分析企业群决策系统的内涵，在此基础上探讨基于知识管理的企业群决策系统的构成要素以及各要素之间的交互作用，最后总结了基于知识管理的企业群决策系统所具备的基本特征，为深入企业构建科学的群决策系统提供了理论依据。

Abstract: In the process of enterprise management, group decision-making and knowledge management are two important inseparable management activities. Enterprise group decision-making system based on knowledge management focuses on the wisdom and knowledge of decision-making individuals at different levels. It has irreplaceable superiority of decision-making individuals and plays an in-creasingly important role in the construction of enterprise competitive advantage. In this paper, the concept and connotation of enterprise group decision-making system are analyzed from the per-spective of effective knowledge management. On the basis of the above analysis, this paper discuss-es the elements of enterprise group decision-making system based on knowledge management and the interaction between the elements. Finally, it summarizes the basic characteristics of enterprise group decision-making system based on knowledge management, which provides a theoretical ba-sis for the enterprise to build a scientific group decision-making system.
