A New Method to Determine Remaining Oil Saturation in Reservoir by Time-lapse Production Logging Data

摘要: 水驱开发油田饱和度评价是油田挖潜、提高油田开发效果的关键。油田开发过程中,生产测井资料是稳定状态下油井生产动态的物理响应,也是生产层油水分布特征的反映。因此,利用充分生产测井综合评价油藏剩余油饱和度具有十分重要的实用意义。针对水驱油藏油水两相分布的特点,论述了以储层的孔隙体积模型为基础,利用物质平衡方程建立了水驱油藏含水饱和度动态变化模型,并在此基础上提出了一种生利用产测井时间推移测井资料求取生产井产层剩余油饱和度的新方法。对现场一口生产井历次生产测井资料进行了处理,该方法计算的生产层的剩余油饱和度随时间变化的关系与该井历次中子寿命测井解释结果具有良好的一致性,符合油藏开发变化特征,结果表明,该方法具有结果代表范围大、实用性强等特点,更适合于确定水驱油藏产层剩余油分布及对其进行动态监测。
Abstract: Evaluate oil saturation in reservoir for water flooding oilfields is the key of increasing oilfield development effectiveness and taping the potential. Production logging data is the physical response of oil well production in steady state and the reflection of oil and water distribution characteristics of producing interval in the process of oilfield development. So the research of the theory and method that remaining oil saturation of producing interval is estimated from production logging data has import scientific and practical meaning. In view of the characteristics of oil water two phase distribution in water drive reservoir, in combination with pore volume model of reservoir and material balance equation a method for determining remaining oil saturation of producing interval is proposed by using the time-lapse production logging data. The practical application shows the result is consistent with that of neutron lifetime log evaluation. Field examples analyses demonstrate that the method has some advantages over conventional well logging methods, which include larger scope of investigation and better practicality. The method is more applicable to performance monitoring of remaining oil distribution in productive interval of water drive pool.
