摘要: 交通事故重建是在深度调查分析的基础上对交通事故形态做出的推断,是公安交通管理部门进行责任认定,法院进行司法审判的关键技术依据,现有交通事故重建方法常受到人工测量误差,痕迹缺失等影响造成重建不准确。EDR可以记录交通事故碰撞前和碰撞过程中驾驶员操作行为及车辆行驶状态,本文通过对两起真实交通事故进行重建,介绍了EDR数据在交通事故重建中的应用。
Abstract: Traffic accident reconstruction is based on the depth of the investigation and analysis of the form of traffic accidents, which is the key basic technical for traffic management departments to determine the responsibility and the basis of judicial trial. The existing traffic accident reconstruction methods are not accurate because of the manual measurement errors and traces of missing. EDR can record the behavior of the driver and the driving state of the vehicle before and during the collision. This paper introduces the application of EDR data in traffic accident reconstruction by reconstructing two real traffic accidents.
