摘要: 项目化管理是一种系统的管理方法和科学的管理模式。本文根据高校文艺演出的特点，论述了高校文艺演出的内涵及特征；论证了高校文艺演出实施项目化管理的可行性；提出并阐释了高校文艺演出项目化管理模式。

Abstract: Project management is a kind of systematic management method and scientific management mode. According to the characteristics of the theatrical performances in colleges and universities, this paper discusses the connotation and characteristics of college art performances, demonstrates the feasibility of the project management of a college art performance, and puts forward project management mode of university art performance.
