摘要: 随着信息技术的迅猛发展,服务业产业结构升级进程加快,电子商务将深度融合一、二、三产业发展,有效重构产业链条,推进一、二、三产业转型升级。电子商务快速发展,对于优化资源配置、推动产业供给侧结构性改革,加快转变产业发展方式,提升区域经济实力具有重大意义。本文基于CII发布的电子本文应用案例研究方法,提出了C2B模式的概念,分析了C2B模式的主要类型和发展现状,总结了C2B模式发展中存在的问题,并给出对策建议。C2B模式是以消费者为导向的电子商务模式,当前国内外主要有定制、预售和反向购买三种类型。C2B模式还处在发展初期,存在认识水平低,需求预测难,信息化能力滞后等问题。本文建议积极宣传、推广C2B模式及典型案例,推动传统企业转型。
Abstract: Applying case study method, this paper puts forward the concept of C2B model, analyses the main types and development status of C2B model, summarizes the problems existing in the development of C2B model, and gives the countermeasures and suggestions. C2B model is a consumer oriented e-commerce model. There are three types in the current domestic and foreign development of C2B model. C2B model is still in the initial stage of development, with the problems of low level of awareness, difficult demand forecast, and the lag of information ability. This paper recommends promoting C2B model and propagating typical case actively to accelerate the transformation of traditional enterprises.
