摘要: 利用Apriori关联规则挖掘出消费者购房意向中重点考虑的因素,并且通过分析频繁项集,以消费者个人因素为前项,分析不同群体的多元化购房意向,通过了解用户个人特征推测其购房意向,为开发商定位产品提供建议,为销售商精准营销提供方法。
Abstract: Apriori association rule was used to find out the key factors of consumers’ housing purchase in-tention. By analyzing the frequent item sets, and using consumers’ personal factors as the preced-ing paragraph, the diversity of different housing purchase intention was analyzed, which was also predicted through understanding of users’ personal characteristics. Then this paper provided suggestions for developers who need product positioning, as well as methods of precision marketing for retailers.
