摘要: 为了提高新建本科院校的海洋微生物教学质量，必须对其进行必要的改革。文章从加强教师队伍建设、优化教学内容、运用现代教学手段、改革实验考核体系等方面进行尝试；同时，从培养学生实践能力、创新能力、提高学生综合素质等方面着手分析。最终目的是提高学生综合素质，培养适应当下的现代化人才。
Abstract: In order to improve the quality of marine microbiology teaching in newly established universities, it needs to carry out the necessary reform. This paper analyzes the aspects of strengthening the construction of teaching staff, optimizing the teaching content, using modern teaching methods, reforming the experimental examination system and so on. At the same time, the article analyzes the training of students’ practical ability, innovative ability, and improvement of the comprehensive quality of students and so on. The ultimate goal is to improve the overall quality of students and train them to adapt to the modern talents.
