摘要: 制丝过程中,水分控制对卷烟质量起着重要的作用。本文基于红河卷烟厂制丝过程数据,运用多水平模型和阶层回归方法,研究制丝过程烟丝水分控制的影响因素。结果表明:1) 室外温湿度对制丝过程水分控制有显著影响;2) 室外温湿度的影响存在交互效应。因此,制丝过程水分控制须根据室外温湿度的变化来进行调节。
Abstract: During the tobacco primary processing, moisture control plays an important role in cigarette quality. Based on the data of tobacco primary processing in Honghe Cigarette Factory, multilevel model and hierarchical multiple regression are used to study the influencing factors of tobacco moisture control during the primary processing. The results showed that: 1) outdoor temperature and humidity have a significant impact on the cut tobacco moisture control during the primary processing; 2) the influence of outdoor temperature and humidity has interactive effect. Therefore, the tobacco moisture control should adjust to the change of outdoor temperature and humidity.
