社会环境因素在大学生创业选择中的作用—以天津市高校为例

The Role of Social Environmental Factors in College Students’ Entrepreneurial Choice—Case Study of Colleges in Tianjin Province

摘要: 大学生自主创业不仅可以解决自身的就业问题，还可以扩大劳动力市场的需求，带动他人就业。就目前来看，制约大学生选择创业的因素主要可以分为个人因素以及社会环境因素。本文将通过问卷调查，从社会环境因素中的创业教育政策以及创业实践基地两个角度分析二者在大学生创业选择中的作用，以及进一步完善的可能性。

Abstract: College graduates starting their own businesses can solve the problem of their employments, en-large the labor market demand and promote employments of the others. For now, the major re-striction factors of self-employment can be divided into personal factors and social environmental factors. This article analyzes the roles that both entrepreneurship education policy and entrepre-neurship practice incubators play in college graduates’ entrepreneurial choices, and also puts forwards the possibility to further improve the self-employment.
