摘要: 当前，越来越多的人已经认识到构建和谐小区对构建和谐社会的重要意义。本文对构建和谐宜居小区的重要性做了清晰的阐述，并从邻里关系、技术、物业管理等角度提出了有效的构建办法与路径。

Abstract: Now, more and more people have realized that harmonious communities are very important to build a harmonious society. The article has expounded the importance of the harmonious and comfortable communities, and suggested that we should construct the harmonious communities by improving neighbor relationship, technology and property management.
