从编制环评报告表的需要出发，收集、整理、设计并录入环评基础数据。在此基础上，积极挖掘基础数据和环评报告表之间的内在联系，充分利用现有的办公软件技术对基础数据进行简易开发设计，从而有效地提高环评编制效率。

Abstract: Starting from the preparation of the EIA report needs, the EIA report basic data was collected, collated, designed and fed into the computer. Based on this, in order to improve the efficiency of the preparation of the EIA report, the inner link between the basic data and the EIA report was actively found, and the design and development of the basic data was made on the base of full use of the existing software technology.
