摘要: 本文对化工生产中氯化氢气体的吸收工艺进行了工业性试验研究。分别对氯化氢气体吸收过程中,吸收塔进气温度、吸收液初始浓度、吸收液温度以及吸收液流量等因素对氯化氢吸收率的影响进行了分析研究,并最终确定了氯化氢气体吸收的最佳工艺参数。研究结果对于氯化氢气体的回收利用具有重要的指导意义。
Abstract: The adsorption process of hydrogen chloride was studied in this paper. The influences of hydrogen chloride temperature, initial concentration of the absorbing liquid, absorbing liquid temperature and absorbing liquid dosage were researched. The optimal parameters of adsorption process for hydrogen chloride were obtained. The research re-sults are important in recycling the hydrogen chloride in the industrial production.
