杨立才，工学博士、山东大学教授、博士生导师，国家科技奖励评审专家、国家医疗器械评审专家、国家自然科学基金及中国博士后基金评审专家、教育部科研基金与科技奖励评审专家，国内外多家学术刊物的编委、审稿人及评阅人。

智能控制及优化方法、系统优化理论与应用、人工智能与智能交通、情感计算与交通安全、生物医学信息检测分析与远程传输、生物医学信号与图像处理、生物系统建模与仿真、脑科学认知与脑机接口等
