白敏冬,教授,博士生导师,长江学者奖励计划特聘教授,国家杰出青年科学基金获得者,大连海事大学高气压强电场电离放电辽宁省重点实验室主任,厦门大学讲座教授。获光华工程科技奖(工程界最高奖),第八届青年奖(全国11人)、中国青年科技奖、全国五一劳动奖章、全国五一巾帼奖十佳个人、新世纪百千万人才工程国家级人选、享受国家政府特殊津贴等。
