刘元安，博士，北京邮电大学无线通信中心教授，博士生导师，现任无线电技术与电磁兼容部级重点实验室负责人，国家“863计划”专题组专家，北京邮电大学电子工程学院执行院长。

研究领域

高速率移动通信系统及关键技术，电磁兼容技术和新型电磁兼容测量技术，高速无线局域网和宽带无线接入技术，本地多媒体移动通信系统和微微蜂窝网络技术，高速无线网络的应用研究等
