龙如银，管理学博士，教授，博士生导师（管理科学与工程和公共管理）；绿色发展系统建模与管理决策研究中心主任，中国江苏省数量经济与管理科学学会副会长，国际能源经济学会中国委员会理事，中国能源与资源"6+2"经济管理论坛学术委员会委员，中国优选法统筹法与经济数学研究会能源经济与管理研究分会副秘书长兼常务理事，江苏省系统工程学会会员，中国煤炭学会资深会员。江苏大学能源发展与环境保护战略研究中心学术委员会委员。数量经济、产业经济方向硕士研究生导师。
