姚立纲，教授，博士生导师，福州大学机械工程及自动化学院院长，福建省制造业数字化设计工程研究中心副主任。中国机械工程学会机械传动分会齿轮专业委员会委员，中国图形图像学会虚拟现实与可视化技术专业委员会委员，全国机械原理教学研究会理事，中国机械工业金属切削刀具技术协会常务理事，福建省机械原理及机械设计教学研究会理事长，福建省刀具技术协会理事长，福建省大学生机械创新竞赛组委会秘书长，国家自然科学基金面上项目同行评议专家，教育部机械基础实验教学示范中心评审专家。曾担任3rd China-Japan Conference on Mechatronics分会主席，第八届全国虚拟现实与可视化学术会议组织委员会主席。主持国家自然科学基金、教育部博士点（博士生导师）基金、福建省自然科学基金（重点）和福建省科技计划重点项目和企业合作项目20余项。
